Shipment of Pre-Ordered Products​

All orders containing Pre-Order/Back Order products will held until and shipped when all items are released/arrived.

If you would like non-pre-order items to be shipped within the standard time frame, add them to a separate cart and check-out separately. You can also request an extra shipping fee to ship non-pre-order items before waiting for all pre-ordered items.​​​

Pre-Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of pre-order products are subject to a 5% cancellation fee.
